License
Mongaderta SRL grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Modexora on devices that you own or control, strictly for your own personal, non-commercial use.
Restrictions
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on Modexora. You may not rent, lease, sublicense, redistribute, or otherwise transfer the app to a third party. Commercial use is not permitted without prior written permission from Mongaderta SRL.
Intellectual property
The name "Modexora", the Modexora logo, the design of the application, and all related content are the intellectual property of Mongaderta SRL. Nothing in these terms transfers any ownership rights to you.
No warranty
Modexora is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mongaderta SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost study data, lost time, or loss of academic progress — arising out of or related to your use of Modexora.
Termination
This license remains in effect until terminated. It will terminate automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with any of these terms. Upon termination you must cease using Modexora and remove it from your devices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Mongaderta SRL is registered, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
